The price and product were great. They kept me informed about delivery, even when UPS delayed my delivery by a day. The only negative is that I ordered a set of suitcases and the box was destroyed in areas and there were only four little pieces of styrofoam in the box to help protect the outer suitcase. The plastic bag around the outer suitcase was scratched up a bit, but there were no marks on the suitcase. The free monogrammed luggage tags were a nice bonus. Overall it was a great purchasing experience and I would buy from them again. - Kathy

I had seen this piece of luggage at a gift shop at an airport and fell in love with it, but due to time constraints, I could not purchase it. Once back home, I went on-line to search for it. Easy and seamless even with a change in order. The website is easy to navigate and order. The price was the lowest available on the web and the shipping was free. The day after I ordered, I received an email indicating that the PacSafe CamSafe V8 Camera Bag was out of stock in that color (black). I was given a choice to wait for it to be in stock (2 weeks) or order a different color (storm grey). I selected to order the storm grey color via return email. I then called the telephone number to make sure the order was changed. All in all my experience with this business has been really good. The item was received promptly although it was not the one I ordered. There was a very subtle difference in two very similar items. They set up the exchange right away. I purchased the 24" Pro-lite suiter for my recent trip to Argentina. It is a fantastic bag. The extra 2" was needed for the home trip and the lightness of the bag saved me weight and therefore money on the return trip. I am now looking to buy one of their smaller bags for shorter trips.
