Congratulations on the purchase of BETSEY JOHNSON luggage products. They are very confident in the integrity of their product and as such they offer a Limited 5 YEAR Warranty against any defects in materials or workmanship. They go to extreme lengths to test their products to ensure they meet their standards as well as the rigors of travel.

In the unlikely event your luggage should incur any defects in materials and workmanship please contact them directly via the options below to obtain a "Repair Authorization Number" prior to returning you damaged luggage freight pre-paid (including packaging and freight) along with your "proof of purchase".

Their company repair center will determine if repair or replacement is appropriate. If the product proves defective under the terms of this warranty, you will be notified directly whether it will be repaired and/or replaced at their expense, expense, including the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you. If it is determined that the damage is not covered under their warranty they will advise you of the cost to provide prompt repair or refurbishment service and secure your approval. The warranty provided herein applies only to and extends for the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

If your product has experienced a minor repair they offer a list of Authorized Repair stations throughout the U.S. that you may contact/visit (without the need of a return authorization number) to handle a minor repair.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel wear, abrasions, cuts, dents, misuse, abuse, or neglect, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or damage by a common carrier and is limited to the value of the product itself. Product locks are intended only to prevent he accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline, airline personnel or governmental authorities. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product), if possible.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
